Request a Change of Name / Gender Request form at the Office of Registrar:
You do not need legal documents of the name / gender to which you are requesting the change. However, you will need to provide identification matching your legal name for validation. Note that this name change does not transfer to employment records. |

t-cards & utoronto emails
NOTE: Once your request is processed, you can change your name on your t-card and utoronto email.
Make changes to your utoronto email and get a new t-card at the Information & Instructional Technology, UTM Service Desk. You will need to provide identification matching your legal name for validation. Bring your old t-card as you cannot possess two t-cards, and it will be replaced. You will also avoid paying the fee for a new t-card. Contact the UTM Service Desk for assistance. |
