Family and baby care

University of Toronto family care office

The UofT Family Care Office provides confidential guidance, resources, referrals, educational programming and advocacy for the University of Toronto community and their families. They raise awareness of family care issues central to the achievement of education and employment equity at the University of Toronto.

Academic Annex (AX) has a baby change station in the 2nd floor’s male washroom (Room 215) and female washroom (213).

Communication, Culture and Technology (CCT) has a baby change station in the 4th floor Women’s washroom (Room 4105)

Terrence Donnelly Health Sciences Complex (HB) has baby change stations in the Men’s washrooms (Room 181, 289, 389 and 489) and Women’s washrooms (Room 183, 287, 387, and 487) on floors 1 through 4.

Recreation, Athletics & Wellness Centre (RAWC) has baby change stations in the main floor women’s washroom, main floor single user all-gender washroom next to Gym C, and in the single user all-gender washroom on the 1st floor.

  • Non-private area, but calm and quiet and has outlets

  • Quiet lounge with limited traffic 
  • Sink available for handwashing/hydration
CCT first floor (hallway beside CCT courtyard)
  • Breastfeeding station available
  • Private and quiet pod
